Why We Built This Site
Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 34 supports public inspection of open court records, yet finding the correct custodian can still be difficult. Coffee County uses TNCRTInfo for Circuit and General Sessions searches and dated PDFs for many settings. Chancery, Juvenile, municipal, appellate, and federal matters follow other routes. We organize the verified contacts, portal instructions, case-number patterns, and request options so readers can begin with the office that actually holds the record.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: ways to search and read Coffee County criminal dockets and civil dockets
- Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
- Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or numeric case suffix through Coffee TNCRTInfo
- Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no affiliation to a Tennessee court, clerk, or agency. Our role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot promise that every listed fee, contact detail, or setting remains current
An official or certified copy must come from the clerk or court that keeps the file. We can identify that office, but we cannot issue the record.
Search Partners
Outside companies power search boxes shown on some content pages. Each provider controls its service, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports this resource, but we cannot control the provider's charges or data.
